Exiled From Hell is a daytime mythic progression guild. Our aim is to progress through the most challenging content at a competitive pace in the time slot most convenient to us. Our members come from all over the world and from all different kinds of backgrounds and we have all made this place our home. We take the 12 hours we spend together seriously but we still want to have fun. We are human beings that play this game and even though it takes place on the internet we strongly believe in treating each other with respect just like you would in real life. Just like in real life you might not become best friends with every person you meet, but you are still expected to act civil.
Since we are in the business of slaying internet dragons and want to do that as effectively as possible we have a few ground rules:
Our raid starts at 10 AM CST and you should be in raid at 9.45 AM in order to help kill trash, discuss changes, etc.
When raid starts you should be caught up on any changes that might have been discussed on our forums, you should have the proper spec, have your coffee ready because it's go time! This also means that you don't randomly disappear between 10 AM-2 PM. If you're sitting you should watch a stream and/or listen in discord to be ready to get called in.
Outside of planned holidays or emergencies we expect you to show up Wednesday-Friday every week. This is not a pug, we rely on, and are committed to each other, so please honor that commitment.
We use Discord to communicate and during boss encounters we need it to communicate crucial call outs.
We use our forums both to discuss strategies and changes to these, as well as talk about other fun games, alt runs, PVP, etc. Make sure you use these, they're both a way to get to know one another but also to keep up with strategy and contribute to these.
We use loot council to distribute loot, we see gear as a way to kill more dragons, and will give the gear to whoever we think it will benefit the most for progression.
Many consumables are provided by the guild bank, but you should have your own small supply as well!
